Oman announces hosting sixth round of Iran-US talks

The Sultanate of Oman on Thursday announced that it will host the sixth round of Iran-US talks on the Iranian nuclear program.
Omani Foreign Minister, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi said in statements that the sixth round will be held in the capital, Muscat, on Sunday. He explained that these talks come within the framework of efforts aimed at reaching an agreement between the Iranian and American sides and bringing their views closer together.
Muscat has previously hosted several rounds of negotiations between Tehran and Washington, but the last round between the two sides was held in Rome.
